Jim Sturman KC and Shauna Ritchie, instructed by Richard Egan and Sorcha Duncan of Egan Meyer (as consultants for Tuckers Solicitors), acted for Mr Couzens – a former Police Office officer currently serving a whole life sentence for the murder of Sarah Everard – who pleaded guilty to 3 offences of indecent exposure and was sentenced to 19-months imprisonment at The Central Criminal Court on 6/3/23.
