Sanctions investigation success

Jim Sturman KC, instructed by Mike Potts and Arozo Gajia of PCB Byrne, acted for a Russian national being investigated by the NCA for sanctions and money laundering offences. The case was discontinued after representations that the case did not meet either the evidential or public interest limbs of the Full Code test.
