Sam Magee KC secures acquittal in historic abuse case

Sam Magee KC, instructed by Antonio Lopez of Scornik Gerstein LLP, secured the unanimous acquittal of a client charged in connection with an alleged 17-year catalogue of abuse perpetrated upon his wife and infant children.

Following a 3 week trial, the jury at Snaresbrook Crown Court rejected the evidence of the defendant’s wife and young children, swiftly returning not guilty verdicts on all 7 counts.
