Sam Magee KC has been appointed to the British Horseracing Authority’s Independent Legal Panel Chair Pool.
In the role Sam will chair Disciplinary Panels and Licensing Committees convened to determine cases referred under the Rules of Racing. He will also be eligible to be selected to act as a lay member of the Appeal Board.
The appointment supports the BHA’s commitment to maintaining confidence in the integrity and governance of British racing.
