Quentin Hunt was invited to appear on the Mark Dolan breakfast Show on TalkTV to give an expert practitioner’s perspective on the desirability of Jury trials in criminal cases.
Quentin discussed the pros and cons of trial by jury and commented on recent proposals that Jury trials may be curtailed for all but the most serious cases.
