Our barristers are frequently instructed in High Court restraint work, either for the Crown or the defendant.
We have wide experience in applications to discharge or vary Property Freezing Orders, Restraint or Receivership Orders. In addition, one of our barristers is instructed on behalf of the defendant in the first application for civil recovery brought by the DPP relating to property valued at many millions of pounds.
Members have wide experience and enjoyed considerable success in Cash Forfeiture proceedings in the Magistrates’ Courts and on appeal in the Crown Court.
