Nick Bonehill successfully defends client accused of assault by penetration

Nick Bonehill, instructed by Ian Kelcey of Kelcey and Kelcey Solicitors, successfully defended X who was accused of assault by penetration. The Jury unanimously acquitted X after a 5 day trial at Bristol Crown Court. The Defendant was a young man who had waited over 5 years for his trial. He had been accused of attacking a work colleague in the early hours of the morning and had always maintained that all sexual activity had been consensua.
