Nick Bonehill secures Sexual Offences Acquittal at court martial

Nick Bonehill, instructed by Laura Smith of Cartwright King, secured the acquittal of a soldier at a Court Martial In Bulford. After a trial lasting a week, the board acquitted in under an hour allowing the client to maintain his liberty and rank. The Defendant’s legal aid contributions were returned to him in full.
