Nick Bonehill defends 14 year old charged with attempted murder

Nick Bonehill defended X, a 14 year old accused of attempted murder within school grounds. After Nick successfully argued that comments allegedly made at the scene by X were inadmissible, the prosecution accepted a plea of guilty to attempted GBH and was sentenced to a Youth Rehabilitation Order. Nick was instructed by Ian Clift of JSP solicitors.
