Nick Barraclough’s client was accused of kidnap, causing GBH with intent, and sexual assault by penetration. It was alleged 4 men kidnapped a woman and beat her causing a bleed to the brain and a broken back before sexually assaulting her. Following a 3-week trial at Chelmsford Crown Court, Nick’s client was acquitted of all charges. The other defendants were convicted.
