UPDATE: Man charged following Wigan murder

A man's been charged with the murder of 21-year-old Billy Livesley (pictured) in Wigan. 

31-year-old Peter Connor from Hindley's remanded to appear at Wigan Magistrates Court tomorrow (4/1/19).

Billy died on Saturday night (29/12/18), one day after being found with serious injuries following an assault.

A post mortem concluded Billy died from a significant head injury.

His mum said Billy's death has devastated the entire family, in a heartbreaking tribute.

The charges against Connor are in relation to an incident which took place outside a house on Bickershaw Lane on Friday 28 December 2018.
