UPDATE: Closure on M65 lifted

In the last few minutes Lancashire Police have reopened the M65 near Blackburn.

A full closure was put in place in both directions after a woman was spotted in distress on the bridge in between Junction 6 and Junction 5.

Two off duty police officers managed to get her to safety.
