Blackburn Rovers have been announced as the AmazeRealise Family Club of the Year at tonight's 2018 EFL Awards ceremony in London.

Championship Family Club of the Year last season, Blackburn have continually researched and improved their family experience, from their much-loved innovations such as the Strikers' Lounge, with an emphasis on access and inclusion, to their Sensory Room where children on the autistic spectrum can enjoy the game in a reassuring, safe and protected environment.

The award recognises Clubs who have demonstrated outstanding delivery of activities to attract and retain family attendance on matchdays.

Lynsey Talbot said: "It's massive for the Club and for the staff. We've worked really hard to try and get to this level and we're ecstatic -we just can't believe this.

"To have three players up for awards, the family club, the community club, hopefully things are on the up for us."
