Matthew Horridge #Bacup crash #Lancashire

3:14pm 12th March 2018

Tributes have been paid to one of the two people killed in a crash in Bacup.

Dad Matthew Horridge from Rochdale was just 30-years-old.

He'd been driving with a 22-year-old passenger along Todmorden Road early on Sunday morning when they collided with another car and overturned.

They were both sadly pronounced dead shortly after arriving at hospital.

Matthew's family have paid the following tribute to him:

“Matthew was a loving, kind and happy person and he will be missed so, so much.

“He was a loving son, father and brother and we are truly devastated and heartbroken.”

The police continue to appeal for information.
