UPDATE Slow-moving Traffic on the M65

There's heavy traffic on the M65 Westbound.

Police are on scene, moving the vehicles to the hard shoulder.

It's after a collision between between Junction 4 A666 Blackburn Road Darwen/Blackburn South and Junction 3 A674/A675 for Blackburn West/Wheelton/Walton-le-Dale.

There are reports up to five vehicles were involved.
