Gritters out tonight

gritter

4:05pm 18th November 2017

We're warned temperatures are set to hit below freezing tonight.

That means the gritters are out across Lancashire.

It could as low as -2 degrees tonight (18/11/17), meaning frost and ice are the most dangerous hazards we could be facing.

The sub zero period is set to last between 2am and 8am on Sunday.

The gritters will be out in force from 6pm tonight.

We're told that all priority routes will be dealt with across Lancashire - but you still have to drive carefully as some of the lesser priority roads won't be dealt with.

Here's the routes that will be covered in North Lancashire.

And here are the routes across East Lancashire.

Drive carefully tonight!
