(Updated 4:19pm 13th September 2017)

Another traveller site has been set up in Blackburn.

This time the caravans have been parked on Albion Street.

It's an issue that's been seen across the town in the last few months.

A spokesperson for Blackburn with Darwen Council has told us that a 24 hour notice to move has been served this afternoon (13th Sept).

If the travellers don't move on - the local authority will then apply for a court order against them.

Sites have appeared in Pleasington playing fields as well as in Ewood too.

Over in Penwortham- sports fixtures had to be called off after another group set up on playing fields there.
