UPDATE Young boy hit by car

A six-year-old boy has been airlifted to hospital after being hit by a car.
It happened in Colne at around 9am this morning (18th April).
He's been left with a possible head injury after the incident on Craddock Road.
Thankfully Lancashire Police are telling us he's conscious and breathing.
It happened between Keighley Road and Colne Lane.
Officers have closed the road off and are redirecting traffic.
A black Ford Festiva was involved in the crash.
The boy has been airlifted to Manchester Children's Hospital.
No arrests have been made.
