VIDEO Campaigners disrupt work at fracking site

fracking on lorry

5:01am 10th January 2017
(Updated 8:48am 10th January 2017)

Anti-fracking protestors say they'll be doing all they can to stop work in Lancashire.

Cuadrilla got the go-ahead in October to carry out exploration work on Preston New Road.

But campaigners have been trying to stop lorry's getting in to the site.

Some of them climbed onto a vehicle to slow things down.

Police closed the A583 Preston New Road for a short time.

Campaigners have told 2BR this won't be the last of their action at the site.
