9:52am 16th December 2014

POLICE are appealing for help to trace a man who is wanted on prison recall.

Ryan Gordon, 24, was jailed for 16 months at Burnley Crown Court in January 2014 for a burglary at an address in Baxenden in September 2013. He was released in November 2014 but has since breached the terms of his licence.

He is described as a white male, 5ft 8in with a stocky build, light brown short hair and green eyes. He has links to the Accrington, Rishton and Rossendale areas.

PS Craig Leech of Burnley Police: "We are keen to trace Gordon and I would ask the public to remain vigilant and report any sightings of him to the police. If anybody has seen him or knows of his current whereabouts I would urge them to contact us."
