Murder acquittal at the Old Bailey

Murder acquittal: Stan Reiz QC and Christopher Saad, instructed by Simon May of Edwards Duthie Shamash Solicitors, have secured the acquittal of M following a 10 week trial at the Old Bailey.

The prosecution had alleged that M participated in the meticulously planned execution of a man who was shot dead near his home address. Having considered weeks of evidence including call data and cell-site analysis, ANPR, and expert evidence concerning vehicle identification, the jury acquitted M of both murder and manslaughter.
