Modern Slavery Webinar

On 21^st April 2021, we will be hosting a Modern Slavery Webinar which will run as a panel session. We are fortunate to be joined by Dame Sara Thornton QBE PM, who is the UK’s Independent Anti-Slavery Commissioner, in addition to District Judge McIvor, Dr Insa Koch, Phil Brewer, Craig Barlow and Rhys Rosser.

Modern Slavery, the Section 45 Defence and the NRM process are becoming increasingly common-place in the Crown and Magistrates Courts. The event provides an opportunity to raise any queries in addition to understanding some of the over-arching issues that are currently being encountered in this area.
