Michael Levy successfully represented a woman in respect of a number of charges of fraud. It was alleged that she had falsely obtained employment with a number of companies in the field of ecology by falsely claiming that she held a number of wildlife licenses to carry out work that affects Bats and Great Crested Newts. It was also said that she had had made false claims on CVs and other documents.
She was unanimously acquitted on all charges and obtained a Costs Order in her favour.
