Kieran Vaughan KC success in murder appeal

Kieran Vaughan KC successfully represented an appellant in the Court of Appeal, persuading the Court to quash his client’s convictions for murder and possession of an offensive weapon. Kieran had not been involved at the original trial, but was asked to advise the Appellant following the refusal of leave by the Single Judge.
