Jonas Milner secures acquittal in conspiracy to supply cocaine trial
Jonas Milner, instructed by Zoe Hyland of JSP Solicitors, secured the acquittal of his client after an 8-week multi-handed trial at Basildon Crown Court. The case concerned a National Crime Agency investigation into an alleged cocaine distribution network being supplied from Spain and operating across Essex. The evidence involved undercover observations, cell site and extensive telephone data.
Having successfully argued that there was no case to answer in respect of thousands of pounds of cash found at his client’s address, Jonas secured the only complete acquittal of a defendant in the trial.
