Income Assistant - Predominately Former Tenant Arrears

Based in Prospect House, Blackburn you will recover current and former tenants rent arrears through home visits, written correspondence and telephone calls to debtors. To do this, you will need experience of using a computer include Microsoft packages, cash handling, excellent written and numerical skills and the ability to deal with customers in a tactful and sensitive manner. Experience of debt collection would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. The successful candidate will require a full driving licence and use of a vehicle with insurance for business use.
