Jim Sturman KC success in environmental regulation prosecution

Jim Sturman KC, instructed by Ruth Armstrong of Gateley’s, represented one of the UK’s leading building companies in relation to charges of breaching environmental regulations.
Following successful representations, made after charge, that the case did not meet the public interest test, the prosecution reconsidered its position and the charges against Jim’s client were withdrawn.
