Jim, instructed by Matt Bosworth and Peter Jeffery of Russell Cooke, acted for a Director of a public company investigated for insider dealing offences. The case was resolved without criminal prosecution or regulatory proceedings after representations were made that further action would be contrary to the public interest in all of the circumstances of the case.
