Jessica Ward and Simeon Wallis, instructed by Alicia Nottage of Stryders Law, secured the acquittal of two defendants on charges of causing grievous bodily harm with intent, affray, and threatening with a bladed article. Both clients were alleged to have participated in a stabbing which took place in broad daylight. The complainant claimed to have recognised both his attackers, who were armed with a sword and a knife. Both denied any involvement in the incident, and were found not guilty on all counts by a jury at St Albans Crown Court after a five day trial.
