Southport Inquiry hearings concluded

Jacqueline Carey KC acted for Dion Rudakubana, the brother of the perpetrator, in the high profile public Inquiry into the attack in Southport on 29 July 2024.
In the final week of the hearing, the Inquiry, chaired by Sir Adrian Fulford, heard evidence from Jacqueline’s client and his parents which was extensively covered by the national media.
Jacqueline was instructed by Gemma Ludgate of Burges Salmon.
