Jack Coyne, instructed by Paul Cameron of Bark and Co Solicitors, represented KL who faced trial for being concerned in the supply of class A drugs (having been on bail awaiting trial for over 3 years). Upon receipt of Jack’s skeleton argument as to the admissibility of the prosecution evidence, and representations as to the strength of the Crown’s case and the public interest in pursuing the case, the Crown offered no evidence and KL was acquitted of the charges he faced.
