Hugo Lodge secures suspended prison sentence in drugs conspiracy case

Hugo Lodge, instructed by Paul Cameron at Bark & Co Solicitors, successfully defended a man convicted of running a County-lines drug supply operation from his home address in Kent. Hugo Lodge persuaded the Court that the address had been ‘cuckooed’. The Defendant originally faced counts of Conspiracy to Supply Class A drugs. He was made the subject of a suspended prison sentence of 22 months with unpaid work, at Maidstone Crown Court.
