Hugo Lodge secures suspended prison sentence in Death by Careless Driving case

Hugo Lodge, instructed by Chrissy O’Connor at LMP Legal, successfully defended a young man convicted of Causing Death by Careless Driving. Hugo Lodge persuaded the Court that there was an exceptionally good prospect of rehabilitation and that local prisons were some of the most overcrowded in the UK. The Defendant was made the subject of a suspended prison sentence of 8 months with unpaid work, at Northampton Crown Court.
