Huda Musa secures acquittal in domestic intentional strangulation trial

Huda Musa, instructed by George Dixon of JSP Solicitors, secured the acquittal of a client charged with Intentional Strangulation and Assault by Beating before Southend Crown Court. The defendant was alleged to have strangled his former partner before punching her repeatedly. The jury returned unanimous not guilty verdicts in about an hour.
