Huda Musa secures acquittal in domestic ABH trial

Huda Musa, instructed by George Dixon of JSP Solicitors, secured the acquittal of a client charged with Assault Occasioning ABH and Breach of a Restraining Order before Basildon Crown Court. The defendant was alleged to have followed his former wife to her property, force entry into the property and assault his former wife’s new partner by punching him repeatedly.

Notwithstanding the evidence of the two complainants, alleged injury photographs, and the defendant’s bad character of two previous breaches against the same complainant, the jury returned two unanimous not guilty verdicts in under 2 hours.
