Huda Musa acts for client acquitted of all seven charges in youth rape trial

Huda Musa, instructed by JSP Solicitors, secured the acquittal of her client charged with seven offences, namely two allegations of Rape, two allegations of Intentional Strangulation, Sexual Assault, Assault by Beating, and Breach of Sexual Risk Order.

Huda’s client was 17 years old at the time of the alleged offending. The issues at trial involved issues of factual denial, consent, and reasonable excuse. Huda’s client was acquitted following a three day trial in the Youth Court.

Huda was instructed by Carly Pharoah, Fatimah Dhorowa, and Natalia Zuraw of JSP.
