Huda Musa acts for 15 year old child acquitted of stabbing

Huda Musa, instructed by Richard Moughton of Levy and Co Solicitors, secured the acquittal of her client charged with s18 GBH following a trial in the Youth Court. Huda’s client was 14 years old at the time of the alleged offending and was accused of stabbing an individual twice. The issue raised was one of identification.
