Eleanor Gwilym secures acquittal in production of cannabis trial

Eleanor Gwilym, instructed by Christina Barath of Dobsons Solicitors, acted for D who was charged with Production of Class B drugs, Being Concerned in the Supply of Class A drugs and Being Concerned in the Supply of Class B drugs.

D was the only individual present at the scene of a cannabis factory during a dawn raid by police. There were over 500 cannabis plants, £15,000 of cannabis and a large quantity of MDMA at the site.

Following a successful submission of no case to answer, Eleanor’s client was acquitted of all three charges.
