Court martial acquittal

Christopher Martin, instructed by Evelyn Hicks of Levy & Co Solicitors, successfully defended a British Army soldier at a contested trial at Catterick Court Martial Centre for the theft of two weapon sights. It was alleged that the soldier, an armourer, had stolen two optical rifle sights from within a secure compound to which he had access.
