Convicted gunman acquitted of like offences

Archangelo Power instructed by Mr P Symeou of Faradays Solicitors secured the acquittal of DF, following his trial at Harrow Crown Court on firearms offences and wounding with intent contrary to S18 OAPA 1861 & Robbery.

DF was alleged to have shot the complainant, causing him a serious injury, following a meeting at the complainants house, some of which was caught on CCTV. DF was acquitted despite having previous convictions for like firearms offences, in addition to having committed offences of a similar nature, and notwithstanding the fact that DF was on licence at the time, all of which were admitted into evidence.
