Jim Sturman KC, instructed by Yulia Barnes of Barnes Law, acted for X in a successful application to a law enforcement agency to return more than £1,000,000 of property seized during an investigation. Civil confiscation proceedings were abandoned after successful representations about the bona fides of the property were submitted.
