Christopher Martin secures unanimous acquittal in death by dangerous driving trial

Christopher Martin, instructed by Chrissy O’Connor of DWF Solicitors, successfully defended a man charged with causing death by dangerous driving and two counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving during a head on collision involving two motorcars. The defence to the charges was one of insane automatism and the defendant was unanimously acquitted by a jury at Aylesbury Crown Court.
