Christopher Martin secures acquittal in Sexual Assault allegation

Christopher Martin represented a young man charged with the sexual assault of a female Events Manager at a private 21st Birthday at Hornsey Town Hall. During the trial the case received a significant amount of National press coverage and after the acquittal The Daily Mail published an article in respect of the vilification of males charged with sexual offences whilst female complainant’s are granted anonymity. The defendant was acquitted in under 4 hours by a jury at Wood Green Crown Court.
