Christopher Martin secures acquittal at Court Martial in Sexual Assault allegation

Christopher Martin represented a senior soldier (Warrant Officer Class 1) charged with two sexual assaults of a female bar worker at a military function. A conviction would have had far reaching implications for the soldier – inevitably his service with the Army would have been terminated and his pension rights significantly affected. The defendant was acquitted of two charges of Sexual Assault by a five-man Board at the Court Martial Centre in Bulford.
