Leading Junior. Lead defendant of multi-million Revenue Fraud based upon multiple corporate vehicles and high value VAT reclaims.

Led Junior. High Profile Historic prosecution of Money Laundering based on UK largest seizure of Bitcoin.

Extensive Eurostar fraud and linked money laundering for a large multi-handed case. Listed for trial for 5-6 weeks. Upon pleas by co-defendants, Crown offered no evidence.
R v Y (2024) Northampton CC
Alleged Fraud by abuse of position. A UK company hired the Defendant and later alleged he had defrauded the company of a business based in Turkey. Following extensive disclosure requests and multiple trial listings, the Crown offered no evidence.

Led Junior. Fraudulent trading and money laundering case involving 4 defendants involving alleged misuse of a PLC and an alleged “pump and dump” fraud.
FCA v PC (2023) Southwark CC
Led Junior. Complex Fraud and money laundering involving innovative Peer to Peer Lending on an online platform. Case involved extensive technical and regulatory matters linked to the necessary permissions the platform required. Questions raised in Parliament as to the investor losses.

Multi-million Money laundering NCA investigation. Acquitted after trial. Case involved successful vacating of early guilty plea and a modern slavery defence.

Represented lead defendant in 6 handed kidnapping, false imprisonment and blackmail case involving use of false Instagram profile. Invested by the flying squad.
R v S (2026) Reading CC
12 handed armed robbery and aggravated Burglary targeting multiple petrol stations and COOP stores in London and Berkshire.
R v K (2026) Guildford CC
Kidnapping, false imprisonment, blackmail, Section 18, Robbery and possession of bladed article.
R v K (2026) Portsmouth CC
Multi-handed and multi-kilo class A supply. Also involved alleged activities in an Organised Crime Group.
R v F (2025) Snaresbrook CC
Firearms and Class A drug supply. Defendant was stopped with a significant quantity of class A and keys to vehicle. Inside the vehicle contained further drugs, a zombie knife and under the passenger seat, a self-loading pistol containing a live round in the chamber and further live rounds in the magazine.

People trafficking case involving a mother and young children in the boot of a car driven over from France.
R v JN (2024) Isleworth CC
Significant importation and street supply of Cannabis.
R v B (2024) Kingston CC
Represented a Leading role Class A ENCRO supply of alleged 130kg of Class A drugs.
R v RM (2024) Basildon CC
Represented lead defendant in multi-handed County lines Class A drug supply involving 10 different drugs lines. The Defendant was the leading role and had multiple previous convictions for class A supply and had recorded an entire month of calls on a device recovered by the Police.
MHRA v K (2023) Basildon CC
Theft of high value medicinal products including restricted Class A drugs. The Defendant was apprehended on a return flight from Africa with identical drugs in his possession. The total stolen drugs were taken from Company transport vehicles and stored in shipping containers controlled by the Defendant.
R v EMW (2023) Isleworth CC
Represented second defendant in county lines Class A supply. Suspended Sentence Order imposed.
R v OK (2023) Snaresbrook CC
Represented first Defendant in multi-handed firearms case involving the discharge of a sawn off shotgun in a dwelling as part of an armed robbery where the wrong address had been selected. Case also involved co-defendants discussing defences to advance and further charges of perverting the course of justice.
R v MWK (2023) Luton CC
Led Junior. NCA ENCRO involving importation of 100’s of kilograms of Class A drugs and 6 semi- automatic handguns with 180 rounds of ammunition. Case later involved both POCA and SCPA orders.

R v H (2025) Woolwich CC
Attempted Murder & dangerous driving. Involved deliberate use of vehicle to collide with complainant causing very serious injuries.
R v B (2023) Maidstone CC
Attempted murder involving use of weapon on a fellow prisoner in the belief they were a “hitman”.
