Abbey Robertson has developed a busy criminal practice, regularly appearing in the Crown Court, Magistrates’ Court and Youth Court.
She prosecutes and defends across the broad spectrum of criminal offences, and has experience in cases involving violence, offensive weapons, drugs, dishonesty, domestic abuse, and sexual offences. Abbey is also regularly instructed to represent those charged with motoring offences, particularly those at risk of disqualification.
Abbey has also appeared in quasi-criminal matters, including cases involving stalking protection orders, criminal behaviour orders and gang injunctions.
In addition to her criminal work, Abbey is building a practice in regulatory matters. She is frequently instructed by Transport for London in Taxi Licensing Appeals and is approved counsel for the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
