Austin Stoton elected as Honorary Life Member of the Health & Safety Lawyers Association

We are pleased to announce that Austin Stoton has been elected an Honorary Life Member of the Health and Safety Lawyers Association, in recognition of his many years of service to the Association as a Committee Officer, Director of Communications, and, more recently, its long-serving Treasurer.

Over the course of nearly 20 years, Austin has appeared in many of the most high-profile health and safety cases. His practice is marked by the insight he brings from his earlier career as a consulting engineer (C. Eng. F. I. Chem. E.) , experience which continues to inform and strengthen his work in this field.

Austin is the author of the chapter on regulatory liability in the leading work Company Directors: Duties, Liabilities and Remedies, published by Oxford University Press.
