The 4th Edition of the leading textbook on company directors, “Company Directors, Duties, Liabilities and Remedies” edited by Mark Arnold KC has recently been published. Austin Stoton drafted the regulatory chapter which addresses director liabilities that arise under safety, environmental, fire safety, trade descriptions and other key areas of regulatory legislation. The 4th Edition was available to order from the 25th January 24.
Austin keeps a busy health and safety practice, having been involved in many important cases of recent years.
