Ashraf Khan successfully represents Social Work England in misconduct hearing

Instructed by Amy Wilson and Anna Craig of Capsticks LLP, Ashraf successfully represented Social Work England in its case against a social worker accused of serious misconduct. After a 3 week hearing, the Fitness to Practise Committee found allegations against the Social Worker proved and subsequently ordered her to be removed from the Register after finding that her fitness to practise was impaired.
