Ashraf Khan selected to join Bar Standards Board Tribunal Representation Panel

2BR is delighted to announce that Ashraf Khan has been selected to join the Bar Standards Board’s Tribunal Representation Panel.

Members of the Panel advise and represent the Bar Standards Board in disciplinary proceedings, including interlocutory applications, substantive hearings and appeals, as well as in other regulatory proceedings such as interim suspension and fitness to practise matters.

Ashraf’s selection reflects his extensive practice in professional discipline and regulatory law, in which he regularly acts in complex proceedings involving regulated professionals and public bodies.
